This March, more than 1,000 endocrinologists convened in Harrogate, UK, for the annual meeting of the Society for Endocrinology (SfE BES).
The conference opened on the Monday with Niamh Martin (Imperial College London, UK) and Gabriela Da Silva Xavier (University of Birmingham, UK) highlighting new advances in clinical and basic endocrinology, respectively. Key topics included the use of artificial intelligence for thyroid cancer diagnostics, novel drugs for bone health and emerging applications for GLP1 receptor agonists (GLP1RAs).
