Consent to participate and consent for publication

Consents were obtained from participants: (a) In the online survey questionnaire, it was stated that the respondent’s ‘responses will remain confidential and will be used for analytical purposes only’. Most did not share their names when they submitted the survey. (b) During the face-to-face focus group discussions, we sought participants’ consent for their comments to be documented and informed them that only their responses will be used for analysis, with names and company excluded to ensure confidentiality. (c) Similarly, during training workshops, we also verbally spoke to the participants about the poll’s goal to analyse findings to streamline our work process.

Availability of data and material

Some of the results are not publicly available. The questions in the online survey and focus group discussion are available in Supplementary Materials.

Ang proposed and conceptualised the study. Choong facilitated the focus group discussions. Choong, Michelle, and Filina were presenters during the training workshops. Ang, Desmond, Michelle and Sreemanee analysed the data.
