Ethical approval and consent to participate

The study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India prior to commencement. The ethics reference number is IEC 525/03.11.2017. All patient data was anonymized. All subjects were enrolled only after informed consent from the patient or legally acceptable guardian.
