Granular cell tumour are very rare (0.03%), and about 50% of it arise from head and neck, especially from tongue. They are very rarely seen in the vulva (5–16%). They are mostly seen in 3rd to 6th decades of life and are rare in children. They present as a slow-growing nodule. Germ cell tumours are mostly benign but can also be malignant. The treatment is complete surgical excision of the mass.
Case ReportWe here report a case of benign germ cell tumour in a 14-year-old female who presented with vulval mass and finally diagnosed as benign granular cell tumour. Complete tumor resection with appropriate margins was done.
ConclusionGranular cell tumours have usually good prognosis. A typical granular cell tumour is treated with extensive resection and close follow-up.
