In the above-mentioned article the following corrections have been made: Figure 4 has been corrected and the number of participants has been corrected. The correct sentence is in the abstract: “Nine studies (177 participants) met the inclusion criteria.” and under the section “Description of the participants” the correct sentences are:"The nine studies included in this review contributed to the analysis and comprised 177 participants. Of these, 92 participants participated in SIT + RT interventions, whereas 85 individuals participated in a comparator group consisting of RT interventions alone.” In Table 2, row 2, column 3 has been corrected to “at 7.5% body mass” and row 4, column 3 has been corrected to “at 0.7 N · m torque factor.” Furthermore, more precise wording has been used in several places.
