Medulloblastoma, a common malignant pediatric brain tumor, presents as a posterior fossa intra-axial mass, involving cerebellar vermis and roof of fourth ventricle with characteristic radiological features. In this case report, our objective is to document two cases of extra-axial medulloblastoma in adults with radiological features sof a meningioma and highlight consideration of medulloblastoma in the differential diagnosis of extra-axial and cerebellopontine angle (CPA) lesions with dural attachment. These cases presented as extra-axial masses in the CPA, with dural attachment. Histopathology and immunohistochemistry revealed a diagnosis of medulloblastoma. Through this case report, we highlight the importance of considering medulloblastoma in atypical posterior fossa extra-axial lesions. With modern improvements in imaging technology, many such lesions are likely to be picked up in the future. Strong suspicion for this can lead to early detection, better patient categorization, prognostication, and management.
