Young man with right hip pain

Clinical introduction

A 24-year-old man presented to the ED following a scooter collision. He had multiple abrasion wounds on his extremities and complained of right hip pain. Physical examination revealed mild limitation of the right hip joint and difficulty walking. Plain film radiography was performed (figure 1).
