Understanding Scrotal Epiphora: the Paradox of Milky Tears

This article reports two unique cases of scrotal filariasis presenting with continuous yellowish-white scrotal discharge and vesicles. Physical examination, laboratory tests, scrotal biopsy, and imaging revealed secondary chylous reflux due to filariasis. The patients were managed by self-crafted treatment regime with conventional drugs, compression, and non-therapeutic control measures. Both the patients are doing well at follow-up.
