The authors of this article [1] incorrectly cite a reference in the 3rd sentence of the 5th paragraph of the discussion section, that “Recently, Liu and Zhang [55] have hypothesized that IRF-4 is capable of promoting migration, and macrophages in MΦ IRF-4−/− mice could not migrate from bone marrow to peripheral blood or from peripheral blood to injured kidneys.” The sentence should begin “Recently, Sasaki et al.
