About the program: The deanship of Academic Development invites expert faculty members to participate in the FMCP (8th year) by providing professional mentoring to new faculty members in one or more areas: teaching and learning, Univirsity and community service, reaserch and innovation, university interpenoureship, acadimaic leadership. 

How to participate? 

- Attend the intrdoctory meeting
- Participate in the preparation workshop
- provide mentoring
