Editorial overview: The empirical examination of dehumanisation as a psychological construct

Lasana T. Harris Professor of Social Neuroscience, University College London (UCL). He is appointed in the Experimental Psychology Department in Psychology and Language Sciences at UCL. During his Ph.D., he worked with Susan Fiske on the brain correlates of dehumanisation. His research continues to explore the brain and physiological correlates of dehumanisation, person perception, social learning, emotions, social inferences, prejudice, anthropomorphism, punishment and decision-making.
