A 17-year-old female reported to the orthodontic department with a complaint of increased overbite. The CBCT was taken a few months after starting orthodontic treatment to help plan for complications that became apparent during treatment. Her clinical and radiographic examination revealed that both maxillary canines were impacted and positioned high within the alveolar bone, as shown on the CBCT.
